Everyone knows the world is in crisis. But even as we adults complain and rage, the children are the ones that suffer most. They have no voice in any of our bad decisions.

We see children being killed in Ukraine, perishing in climate change disasters, sex trafficked, sick from Covid, polio, measles, RSV, abuse, and neglect.

As I started these constructions, I was thinking about dead babies:  the horror.  But I don’t think of these babies as dead anymore.  I started to love these sculptures the more I scarred them.  They are damaged, but they are alive.
